Jaadugar is a personal tool, run by one person for their own YouTube channels. It is not offered to the public, not sold, and not distributed through any app store. These terms exist because Google requires a terms link for an OAuth application in production; they are short because there is one user.

The operator who installed it, on their own Google account and their own channels. No access is granted to anyone else, and no account can be created.
The source code is published so the work can be read and audited. Reading the code is not the same as being granted use of the operator’s OAuth credentials, which are not distributed.
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It renders video, calls third-party APIs and publishes to YouTube; any of those can fail, and the operator accepts that risk. Nobody else is liable for anything it does.
Anything published through Jaadugar remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube Community Guidelines. The operator is responsible for what is published, including:
The tool enforces checks for these, but the declaration to YouTube is the operator’s, and responsibility for it cannot be delegated to software.
Jaadugar calls the YouTube Data and Analytics APIs, and services from Google, Groq, Cloudflare, Pollinations, Pexels, Pixabay and Microsoft. Use of each is governed by that provider’s own terms. Where a provider’s free tier has limits, the tool is expected to stay within them.
What is accessed, stored and deleted is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: three YouTube scopes, tokens and analytics kept on the operator’s own server, no Google user data sent to any third party.
These terms may change; the date above will change with them. The operator may stop using the software at any time, and revoking access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions ends it immediately.
